The Aulank non shaft seal high and low temperature resistant magnetic pump is a magnetic driven high and low temperature centrifugal/vortex pump. How to correctly use the Aurank non shaft seal high and low temperature resistant magnetic pump?

 

  1. During the test run, confirm the direction. If the direction is wrong, restart after the motor stops completely.

 

  1. Avoid idling and closing the valve on the suction side during use, as it may damage the pump.

 

  1. If the coupling magnet is demagnetized, please stop the pump within one minute. If the demagnetization continues, the coupling force of the magnet will be reduced.

 

  1. Close the outlet valve when starting, but do not operate with the outlet valve closed for a long time. The pump will be damaged if the internal temperature rises.

 

  1. In case of power failure during operation, please cut off the power supply immediately and close the outlet valve.

 

  1. If it does not run for a long time, please follow the steps below:

 

1) Make sure to clean the inside of the pipeline and the tank before supplying water, and ensure that the flange interface bolts and foundation bolts are locked;

 

2) Use a screwdriver to rotate the motor fan and check whether it rotates smoothly. After the starting water is poured into the pump, please completely close the outlet valve;

 

3) When the suction condition is pressure type, first confirm the pressure in the pipeline, and then confirm whether the pump is full of liquid;

 

4) Rotate the motor fan with a screwdriver to rotate the pump, and discharge the air left in the impeller from the exhaust port on the pipeline;

 

5) When the upward suction type is used, the starting water is poured into the pump while the driver is used to rotate the motor fan to make the pump rotate, and the air left in the impeller part is discharged from the exhaust port on the pipeline.

 

  1. The pump starts to operate normally. When the pressure gauge reaches the maximum pump pressure, slowly open the outlet valve until the pressure gauge shows the discharge pressure to be set.
