2. If there are solid particles in the transport medium of the magnetic pump, a filter screen shall be added at the inlet of the magnetic pump; if there are ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter shall be added.
3. The ambient temperature of Aulank stainless steel magnetic pump shall be less than 40 ℃, and the motor temperature rise shall not exceed 75 ℃.
4. If the transport fluid is a medium easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use to drain the liquid accumulated in the magnetic pump.
5. Pay attention to the maintenance of Aulank magnetic pump during normal operation.
6. Do not dry;
7. Thoroughly remove rust and solid foreign matters in the device;
8. The air in the Aurank stainless steel magnetic pump must be removed before operation;
9. The current cutoff operation time shall not exceed 60s;
10. Stainless steel magnetic pump shall not be operated continuously in the opposite direction;
11. During the operation of Aulank stainless steel magnetic pump, if abnormal sound or vibration is found, the cause must be quickly identified and the fault eliminated;
12. The normal working state of the Aulank stainless steel magnetic pump must be within the performance parameter range required by the contract, otherwise the axial force in the pump will be affected;
13. Under normal temperature, the structural Aulank stainless steel magnetic pump (NdFeB magnetic material) is strictly prohibited from high temperature wire sweeping.
