1、 Disassembly and assembly sequence of vortex water oil pump
1. Remove the vortex pump cover.
2. Use the screw hole on the impeller to remove the impeller and remove the key on the shaft.
3. Dismantle the pump body of the water pump oil pump, and remove the packing gland (if the sealing part is a mechanical seal, first take down the nut of the single end seal end cover), and then remove the pump body.
4. If it is a mechanical seal, before disassembling the mechanical seal part, take down the set screw and then take it down together with the single face seal end cover.
5. Remove the coupling.
6. Remove the bearing end covers at both ends of the bracket, then take out the shaft and rolling bearing from the bracket together and remove the bearing.
7. The assembly sequence is reverse to the disassembly sequence, except that the paper pad should be used to adjust the axial clearance that should be guaranteed between the impeller and the pump body and pump cover.
2、 Start and stop of vortex pump oil pump
1. Before starting, check whether there is calcium base grease in the bearing. If the storage period is long, open the bearing end cap to check whether it is deteriorated. If qualitative change is found, replace the oil before starting.
2. Before starting, turn the coupling of the pump by hand to see if it rotates easily and evenly. Then check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation direction of the pump (conduct instant stop).
3. Open the valve in the suction pipeline and inject water into the pump (pay attention to closing various instruments on the pipeline before injecting water).
4. Start the motor, open the valve on the outlet pipeline at the same time, then open the instrument, and adjust the measuring instrument to the required performance.
5. When shutting down, close the valves in the outlet pipeline and the suction pipeline quickly while closing the shutdown motors of various instruments to avoid backflow.
6. Stop the machine for a short time. If the ambient temperature is lower than the liquid freezing point, vent the liquid. For long-term shutdown, the pump shall be properly stored after disassembly, cleaning, oiling and reassembly.
3、 Vortex water oil pump running
1. During operation, the bearing temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃
2. In case of any fault, stop the train immediately for inspection.
