So how to choose a high temperature water pump, generally speaking:
1. We generally choose a hot water circulating pump at around 100 °C. Its representative model is IRG single-stage centrifugal pump. This type of hot water pump is generally used as a pipeline circulating pump or an air-conditioning circulating pump. 2. About 180°C, if we encounter this temperature, we can really become a high-temperature pump, then we generally choose CQB-G type magnetic pump for such a pump. 3. 250℃ high temperature pump, we can choose IR series heat preservation pump for this kind of water pump. This kind of water pump is a chemical pump, that is, a chemical pump, because there is a cooling device outside the pump body, which relies on water to cool the unit, so its durability. The high temperature effect is very good. The double-end mechanical seal used for the mechanical seal is to be cooled, and the material is cast iron or stainless steel. 1. If it is not used for a long time, the high temperature water pump should be placed in a dry, clean and no corrosive gas environment.
2. Regularly grease the equipment. The high-temperature water pump is running at a high speed, and the grease is easy to volatilize. Therefore, the lubrication at the bearing must be kept clean, and attention should be paid to adding it.
3. Regularly inspect the high-temperature water pump. The inspection contents include: whether the internal wiring, plug and switch are in good condition, whether the insulation resistance is normal, whether the brush tail seat is loose, whether the commutator and the brush are in good contact, whether the armature winding stage expansion stator winding is not Is there a suitable circuit phenomenon, whether the bearing and rotating parts are damaged, etc.
4. Pay attention to the insulation resistance of high-temperature water pumps. For electric pumps that are not used for a long time or used in humid environments, the insulation resistance of the windings must be measured with a 500-volt megohmmeter before use. If the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor casing is less than 7 megohms, the winding must be dried.
5. Save each part and replace the same parts. When disassembling and inspecting the gear oil pump, each part should be preserved. Special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts, and the brushing including the insulating gasket and the bushing can not damage them, such as If it is damaged, it must be replaced with new and identical parts. Substitute materials that are lower than the performance of the raw materials or parts that do not conform to the original specifications must not be used. Cavitation, abrasion and combined damage of high-temperature water pumps have always been an important issue in the operation, maintenance and management of water pumps. Traditional surface protection materials and processes are far from meeting the requirements of water pumps against cavitation and abrasion. In order to enhance the anti-cavitation and abrasion resistance of the surface of the water pump flow parts, in addition to using stainless steel or other hard alloys to manufacture blades and impeller chambers, continuous experimental research on surface protection technology is also carried out.
In general, the technical requirements of surface protection materials, anti-abrasion coatings must have:
