What faults may occur after long-term use of high-temperature oil pump? 18 Feb

High temperature oil pump is an important part of high temperature heat transfer oil system software. Once abnormal, it will do some harm to the application of high temperature heat transfer oil. If it cannot be used due to common faults, the high-temperature heat transfer oil will be scorched and embrittled rapidly when heated in a static state, so the maintenance of the product should be relatively high.

The following I would like to share with you the possible faults after long-term use of high-temperature oil pump:

1. Bearing damage

There are many reasons for bearing damage, such as water or impurities in the pump, or a wide range of friction between machine parts.

2. No liquid

This is a particularly prone problem. First check whether the pump body leaks and pay attention to whether the suction height of the pump is too high. If it is not feasible, you can disassemble the pump to check where the problem occurs, or find the manufacturer to solve it after sales.

3. Insufficient or reduced flow

The main reasons are impeller damage, slow speed or sundries in the pump body.

4. Insufficient lift

There are many reasons, such as air in the pump body, damaged impeller, substandard rotating speed, excessive proportion of transmitted liquid and excessive flow.

5. The pump shaft is broken

The main cause of pump shaft fracture is pump idling and dry running, so the solution is to avoid idling.

Due to the long-term continuous operation of the high-temperature oil pump, the user does not often replace the oil in the bearing chamber during use, resulting in the long-term high-speed operation of the bearing under poor lubrication conditions, resulting in bearing damage and noise. It shall be maintained regularly in daily production, cleaned, and the oil for bearing lubrication in bearing chamber shall be replaced in time. Once the bearing is found damaged, the bearing shall be replaced in time to avoid damage to other parts of the pump.

In addition, when using this product, newly installed customers often raise the oil temperature too fast or too high for the first time. This will cause the heat transfer oil to produce gas in the pipeline, which will explode instantly when passing through the product during the transportation cycle, resulting in noise.
