The overflow parts of this magnetic pump are all made of stainless steel. The external magnets are made of carbon steel + special high-temperature magnetic steel, so this magnetic pump has high temperature resistance, magnetic stability and high dynamic balance accuracy. The impeller is made of stainless steel or copper, with high machining precision, special surface treatment, good wear resistance and superior hydraulic performance. The suction port of the gas-liquid mixing magnetic pump can suck in gas under the action of negative pressure, and the high-speed rotating pump impeller can mix and stir the liquid and gas, so there is no need for mixer and mixer. With the help of pressurized mixing in the pump, the gas and liquid are fully dissolved.
In addition to mixing air and liquid, this series of pumps can also mix other gases, such as oxygen, odorous oxygen, carbonized gas, etc.
Since there is no need for large pressurized containers or expensive reaction towers, highly soluble liquid can be prepared. It is widely used in precious liquid, refrigerant or high-temperature liquid, low viscosity liquid, corrosive liquid, harsh operation and liquid circulation containing gas, as well as high-temperature heat transfer oil within 350 ℃, hot water within 180 ℃ and antifreeze within - 100 ℃.
